all i've ever wanted
was for you to just be there
to hold, to love me
and be here
to be
myself
around you

you were all i ever wanted
i used to dream
about forever
that we would be
together
just you and me (you and me)

for you
for you to just be there
this fantasy is not real
i will walk along the waves
find my way
where you used to be
in my heart...

when you would just hold me
i would never let you go
but that's what you did to me
i knew this would happen
when this would happen to me

now i would walk on a mountain
to the top where you satnd
happy and proud
i would watch you fall
and
take my heart with you,
fallen

for you
