Fragile, Hesitant, Our Love's Poem by james watkin

Fragile, Hesitant, Our Love's

Fragile, hesitant, our love's
Forth-bursting does recall
The blossom's, so shy, birdie's
Sweet-problematical.

Meanwhile are our stilted rests
With auspices showered.
As in a breeze's fondling;
When perfumes are disturbed.

Meanwhile, the qualm-quieted air...
Ruffled up, simmering
With a throat-lodged impatience
Tree to tree lightening.
