Free From This Cage Within
Lost my being and my soul
along with direction of where to go
try to free myself from this cage
by putting thses rhymes on the page
this is my only safe resort
other than a cut along my throat
Try to express everything
wanting to write beautiful poetry
show my emotions and feelings
that try to keep me from being free
but i forceably found a way
to free my soul from the cage
