Freedom Of Speech Poem by Alysza Ripley

Freedom Of Speech

Rating: 5.0

worthless

Black
Grey
Dull
Lifeless
Nothing to wake and
Amuse the soul
Worthless
Cold
Unfeeling
Heartless
Soulless
Shadow hands tearing into flesh
Invisible faces screaming
WORTHLESS
Invisible faces screaming
Fake truths
Lies with rusty angel halos and faded wings
A song floating around her head
Pointless
Dumb
No good
Ugly
Weak
Annoying
Nothing
WORTHLESS
Round and round in circles
Like a five-year-old scribbling
WORTHLESS
Never ceasing
WORTHLESS
Is there no place
No refuge
Where she can be of worth
And no longer hear

worthless
