Fridge Poem by Nassy Fesharaki

Fridge

Fridge

When laughs she cries
When cries she laughs

Words race as do clouds
United, and independent

She, shocked as volcano
Maybe, innocent mother
Giving birth to the lavas
Hangs high, by thanking
“I see hopes; humanity.”

All for gift she received
A fridge
A fridge
A fridge
But sender’s anonymous
As were shoes, in school
