Frobidden Lies Poem by Monica Rose

Frobidden Lies

Rating: 5.0

The lies I create always hold me upon my throat

Almost like it's life or death

The tears I cry

Its like fallen melted crystals coming from the sky

When you see me you always ask what is wrong

I tell you I lied.

About my dear?

I never really loved you;

I was just full of fear

The lies that I tell you seems like the truth

The forbidden truth that crawls beneath my skin

These scars

These wounds.

They all are just lies.

Forbidden lies crawl my skin

Seems like I'm just a lie

A lie for you...
