Frozen Poem by Gianni Pansensoy

Frozen

They say that love's easy come,
but I feel it's just hard to let it go,
when I look into your picture,
I can remember those beautiful stars
above us,
those blue seas before our eyes,
I tried myself to be cool,
but my heart can't stop from breaking,
it is shredded in pain.

Your love has faded,
I am left so jaded,
it leaves me frozen in a dream
of wanting you back,
I wonder if you still love me,
if you ask me,
I am still deeply in love with you.

Everything changes between us,
you pushed me to live on your expectations,
to desire more on materials and social connections,
sorry,
please forgive me,
I can't give my soul away for more,
I just want to be myself,
contented of my humble beginning.

If you wish to come back,
all I ask from you,
love my true color: Unambitious,
you got to live in my emotionally loving ways,
and I will buy you a wedding ring,
let us build a happy family,
isolated and very in love,
that's wonderful.
