Gaia's Liquidation Poem by Kevin Patrick

Gaia's Liquidation

Rating: 3.0

Evolutions tribulations
is that humanities self-awareness
has made it a stagnant corpus
and a homogenous institution

Our own mass extinction
Would profit Gaia's liquidation

POET'S NOTES ABOUT THE POEM
Gaia is the Greek deity for mother earth, the Gaia hypothesis is a controversial scientific theory that the earth is a self-regulating, complex system somewhat of a living organism. In some ways I believe this and I cant help but think it would be better for her if the human race was trimmed down or liquidated a bit.

Whoa harsh....but sadly a true ending; in mans current state the earth will only wither and die.
