Gaze Poem by Bernard F. Asuncion

Gaze

Rating: 5.0

J-ust let twenty-second December
E-liminate the night by dawn;
N-ew day has just broken,
N-ew morn stops the
Y-awn.

R-ays from the red beacon
A-re warming your heart;
M-ist in the open air
I-s beginning to depart.
R-ise of the Thursday sun
E-rases the early haze;
Z-enith awaits the noontime, for both your eyes to gaze.
