General Si-Deug Poem by Kinsley Lee

After the end of the Goguryeo and Baekje dynasties,
And at their greed, Silla opposed the Tang Dynasty.
They barely managed to block the Tang's invasions,
Facing a formidable adversary which invaded army.
In numerous naval battles, they destroyed continuously
The enemy ships and beat the enemy navy.
When their supplies were cut off because defeated at the sea.
So at last they drove out and beat the Emperor's Army.
