On which I can put my head
And on which all my worries can die
Give me a shoulder
On which I can shed my tears
And believe that someone's there for me
Give me a shoulder
On which my eyes could close
And all the pains can make their way out
Give me a shoulder
On which I can find relief
And my life could have some rest
Give me a shoulder
On which the agony turns into a feather
And my soul could sigh
Give me a shoulder
On which my heart has trust
And all my grief says good bye
Give me a shoulder
On which peace unlocks its door
And I get reasons to live
Give me a shoulder
On which God finds me
And I find hope
Give me a shoulder
On which my lips give a smile
And I don't need the darkness anymore
Give me a shoulder
So that when I fall,
Someone would be there to pick me up with a smile
And say
“I will always be here for you”
