Glad To See Cousin, Lu Lun Come To Stay (Five Lü)

★ Glad to See Cousin, Lu Lun Come to Stay (Five Lü)

☆ Poetry by Sikong Shu (720? -790? , Tang Dynasty, China)
☆ Translation by Luo Zhihai (1954-, China)

There are no neighbor around at the quiet night
I live in the waste old cottage and has been poor
Yellow leaves of the tree in the rain
A white hairs man in the lamp light
Out of the world night and day
Shamed you come to meet me in frequency
Our friendship comes from our karma
Moreover we are Huo’s relative

◆ Chinese Text

★ 喜见外弟卢纶见宿(五律)

☆ 司空曙 诗

静夜四无邻
荒居旧业贫
雨中黄叶树
灯下白头人
以我独沉久
愧君相见频
平生自有分
况是霍家亲
