Send out only thoughts of love and goodwill
to abide in harmony with the universe
ever attuned to the rhythm of existence

Moving away from self-consciousness-–
where exist fear and feelings of separation
-to cosmic consciousness that unifies all

Peace is not a distant goal to be sought
but a means by which we still our thoughts
to restore the disturbed balance in our heart

To reap true happiness live in each moment
the past buried behind us, the future is yet to be
the present alone is, God’s miracle.
