God Was Crying In Disbelief Poem by Nick Kler

God Was Crying In Disbelief

Watching people killing each other
In the name of their religion and beliefs
I felt a strange kind of sadness
As if God was crying in disbelief

Those that have long been gone
Far away into the breaking dawn
Why don't they ever leave my mind!
When do they really leave?

Things that are well in my past
Why don't they ever really pass?
My baffled soul asks in dismay
When would it all stop?
Does it ever come to an end?
