Guess Where I Am

Sometimes,
The Holidays seem to me
Like Veterans Day,
And Memorial Day.
I stand, numb,
Honoring those who have served others,
And Remembering others,
Who have sacrificed.
Remember, the battles
Of our fellow man,
Don't always involve a gun,
But a mind, that believes
In the chance, to do something better.
