Guilt Poem by Jeunese Rona

Guilt

Some say that with time
Comes the cure.
Wounds turn to scars
To help me endure
All the pain brought on
By no one but me.

Some say that with hope
Comes the light.
Darkness will slowly cease
To help me fight
All the chaos brought on
By no one but me.

Some say that with faith
Comes the key.
The cloud of confusion clears
To help me free
All the shame brought on
By no one but me.

Yet it’s sad to say
That I do not have the time,
The hope, nor the faith
To help me undermine
All the guilt brought on
By no one but me.

Never lose faith... in life and especially in love. Time is a great healer... loved the flow of your poem though. Another proof of your wonderful talent.
