we want it so bad
we look right past it

its perfectly harmless
but we are still afraid

its in your best friends smile
we start to see it

its the first flower to bloom in spring
its the first breeze in the hot summer
we start to see it

its hearing i love you from that special person
its seeing that glow in his\her eyes
we start to see it

its seeing that face for the very first time
its hearing that voice and knowing its not the last
we start to reach for it

its living up to who you never thought you could be
its doing the things you never thought you would
we start to reach for it

its feeling what you thought only you couldnt feel
its when you finally see thats its time for you
we start to reach for it

its reaching the goals you never thought you could
its when you finally stop being misunderstood
we grab it

its doing the things you never thought you would
its loving the ones you never thought you could
we grab it

its when you see all the ones youll never forget
its when you know there is nothing you will ever regret
we grab it

its knowing that so many people loved you
its knowing that with your last breath of air
