Happy And Healthy
Biggest upgrade of times
A new lease of time to older
During their bonus period of life
You're hereby, advised to prevent
Preventing fake views, reviews and craze
Crazing for maltreat, craving anger and rage
Just, need to create an older counter narrative.
Keeping in your mind
Physical and physiological
Changes in the elderly people
Having a proper dietary board
Board of warm younger people-
For, they must eat well to age well.
As we age our energy level depletes
Bones becoming brittle and lose
Density and reflexes get slow
Digestive system is affected
Metabolism gets sluggish
Loss of teeth causes-
Chewing problem.
The right kind of food is vital
Keeping digestive issues in the mind
Those accompany the advancing years
If you covet older to be happy and healthy.
