Heart thumping
Mind wondering
Overwhelming
Wanna cry
Wanna laugh
Deep down inside
You want him to know
How you feel
That you want him
But you're scared
Scared of failure
Rejection
Anticipation
You start to say
stop and say I can't
You run away
and cry silently to yourself
You can't take it
You don't want to know how much you've failed
You're outside all alone
He runs out
Looks to the left then to the right and sees you
Walks over and smiles
Sees your tear stained face
Sits down and says that it will be okay
Look at him as he cups your face in his hand
Brings you near
and kisses you
You kiss back
and pull away
I didn't know
I never lead on
I wasn't sure
if you felt the same
but now i know
