Have you ever been there?
the days when i felt you around
when i relied on you to take care
to tell me what is right to do

you always had your answers
in suble hints, showed me the way
made me feel like a princess,
with you by my side, i was elated

At the most crucial point, i waited for you,
for you to guide me across, so confident
i stepped down the river, hoping to see the bridge
you will provide, here i sink, sink so deep.

have you ever been there?
or is it just me who imagined?
did you ever care? or walk by my side?
havent you felt my love even once?

you still dont reveal an answer, just subtle hints
i dont need them any more, no signals
love is mutual, if i mean anything at all
tell me, why? cos i need to know
