He Has Risen. Poem by Vin Ace

He Has Risen.

In a sealed cave, my saviour lay,
Inside a stone-walled and guarded place,
Awaiting the time of his exultation,
The time for his eternal glorification.

Death tried to keep him at bay.
But its shackles couldn't hold him prey.
He tore the bars of deaths cage,
Rising to prove his tales and claims.

He triumphed over sin and the hold of death,
Arising victorious for the enemy's realm.
He is alive forever with all the saints,
And since he's risen, I face tomorrow with no fear.

He is risen let all the earth sing praise,
He is risen let all declare his name,
He is risen the devil has no say,
He is risen, yes risen from the grave
