He Has The Last Laugh Poem by Vadakkumpurath Ramesan

He Has The Last Laugh

In the beginning
The God was happy
He created the Heavens
And the Earth with formless void.
He created light
The darkness, the day
And night, the morning
And the evening.
He created the creatures
The birds, animals
And the flora and fauna
But his aesthetic talent
Created the man
A mistake God finally done
With no remedy
But to annihilate him!
God created the satan
With the mission
To enter the human thought
To perish the planet
That ultimately
Do away with his faulty creation!
Man burned the flora
Man burned the crops
But hunted the fauna
As the satan incited him!
Man took menacing steps
To turn the globe hot
To melt the glaciers
To rise the sea
To evaporate the rains
To perish the layers
Hovering the Earth
That protect the life!
At the end of the day
There was the flood and famine
That silenced the flora and fauna
And the satan- led Man
Faced his extermination!
The God glad with his mission
Had the last laugh
As he corrected himself!
And after ages
The black days are over
The god created flora and fauna
The glaciers smiled in sun
The oceans was serene and cold
The birds sang
And the butterflies kissed
The honey lips of flowers
As God desisted to create man again!
