Headache Poem by Akhil Zoomin

Headache

Rating: 4.0

As I was feeling headache
I went to a store for a
Milk packet; for having a strong coffee

The shop keeper was short, thin
busy tallying his accounts on the calculator
I tapped on the steel jar
with a 5 Rupee coin

'have you come to disturb me'? said he
in a frustrated voice
no, I came for the milk packet said I
there is no nothing a milk packet or anything

I left the shop
and
went to a bar took a chilled beer
no matter it is a headache or
a hangover beer works more efficiently
than anything

This is the original one- tapping on the steel jar with a 5 rupee coin at the chemist shop culminated into a dose of headache-busting chilled beer. I like it.
