Heads Or Tails Poem by Laa Finita

Heads Or Tails

As coins have heads and tails.
so my heart two souls sustains.
The one stays dim, until
other lights frighten
and flash out in the dark.
She, then shines, a brave lighthouse,
no matter storm of wind, ocean or sand.
The other stays dim too, almost out of sight.
Until the Monsters: Anger, Jaelously and Despair
call her forth. Alas!
She attacks with cruelty, fury and rage,
and remorse terminates, each time, with her.
Many decisions are defined by 'heads or tails',
and so are the consequences of my path,
by the two souls my heart sustains.
