What did I do to deserve this pain?
Why? you ask yourself

Rest assured my beautiful friend
Your strength will pull you through
The kindness that you gave
That light that shines in you

Your many and wonderful attributes
Will team up and make a plan
Circle round you at your lowest
Show you that you can

Move on with class and dignity
Love yourself with much respect
To a future with hope and meaning
No looking back with any regret

For whatever it is you do next
You will evolve into someone new
A wiser, unbroken and wonderful
Empowered version of you
