Held In Your Hand Poem by Keli Mims

Held In Your Hand

My face was held in your hand,
And I felt something I didn't understand.
Was it love? No it couldn't be,
What was this desire in me?
Our lips touched and I feel inspired,
Once it's over my face is on fire.
I'm driven to want much more,
I've never wanted you so bad before.
Kissing you I feel I can't be freed,
I see you and I feel a need.
I slowly bite then lick my lips,
Trying to restrain an urge to kiss.
I want your lips against me,
Kissing me passionately, breathlessly,
With my face held in your hand.
