Hell's Sweet Song Poem by Donald R Wolff JR

Hell's Sweet Song

Silent rage without a comfort
Make way for I have come
From all I am I will not linger
For Hell is my sweet song

Here the darkness is not empty
My children rage with love
Curses are screamed from highest mountains
Enraged at gods above

Swept by winds so cold, made heartless
By means, the Damned escape
Soaring thru the endless darkness
Compelled to leave their fate

No monster who lived was ever loved
Still we seek our peace the same
In life we suffer with endless torment
Known to be insane

The light that reaches will waste away
It shall fade beyond nothing more
Doors that once were sought for comfort
Close forevermore

In light the torment is bound by silence
In darkness screams of rage
Hell, forever seeking comfort
For Love, was always blamed
