I try so hard
but I'm always wrong
I need someone
to help me along
This journey is difficult
These roads are paved
with cracks and faults
I need to be saved
from this dead end
the cuts my life short
and from this earth
I need to deport
cause it feels like my heart
is empty and hollow
not pumping any air
my breathing is shallow
what will I do
when my life is gone
how will I
finish my song
help me
everything is so hard
it reminds me of shattered glass
and I'm just a shard
help me repave these roads
help me fix my life
save me from hurt, cut it out of my heart
with the sharpest available knife!
