Her Darkend Ally

She lost the comfort, now she’s cold
Where is the warmth of his arms?
She lost the beat she loved the most
Where is the sound of his heart?
She lost the reason for hers
Where is the joy of his smile?
She lost the time she felt her best
Where is the company of his love?
She lost the magic that made the world fade away
Where is the spell of his kisses?
Under his spell
Dancing to the beat
Filled with joy
Surrounded by warmth
He was the captor of her heart
But then she took another look…
…She’d lost him….
…And now…
She’s lost.

Poem of the Day

poet Robert Frost

Some say the world will end in fire,
Some say in ice.
From what I've tasted of desire
I hold with those who favor fire.
But if it had to perish twice,
