Here We Go Again Poem by Tameka Morin

Here We Go Again

I'm losing my mind, losing my mind
it's dark in here, need to find the light.
I'm going insane, going insane
it's all my fault, no one else to blame.
I'm outta control, outta control
need to find myself, so I've been told.
I'm missin' you now, missin' you now
don't know why, don't know how.

you got here again, into my head
under my skin. I knew better
then to give you the satisfaction.
Me away from you, that's the subtraction.
Swore I'd never give you my heart,
but here we go again,
just like the start.

You walked away, walked away
from me and you, nothing to say.
You stole my heart, stole my heart
I was given a role, didn't know my part.
I tried my best, tried my best
but I got burnt, mark on my flesh.
I gave you my all, gave you my all
won't catch me, continue to fall.

You got here again, into my head,
under my skin. I knew better then
to give you the satisfaction.
Me away from you,
that's the subtraction. Swore
I'd never give you my heart,
but here we go again,
just like the start.

I will forgive, won't forget
all you did, all you said.
I'm walking away, walking away
from me and you, nothing to say.

You got here again, into my head
under my skin. I knew better then
to give you the satisfaction.
Me away from you,
that's the subtraction. Swore
I'd never give you my heart,
but here we go again,
just like the start...
