Hidden Courage Poem by Hidden Red

Hidden Courage

Weak compared to anybody,
Quiet as a mouse, slow as a turtle, he goes.
Skinny bones, limp muscles,
A meek smile and a timid face
Fear extended through his body,
As he walked through the familiar streets
Yet he’s strong at heart and will,
He’s the bravest of them all.
