Treasure Island

Jimmy Hoffa

Hidden truth

I scamper through the sewers
Unseen by human eyes
Ooohhh rats make lovely little spies!

Nobody looks my way
Nobody cares to know what I'm doing
Nobody ever does

I eavesdropp on passerby
Listing to their conversations
Spreading little lies
Though as little spies we never spread the lies on

We are honest when others are not
We could make things happen with our words
Yet we choose not to,
Why you ask?
Is because we know not the truth but the thoughts of others

Now tell me, what do you know?
