You know the game
Called Hide and Seek?
It is my favorite game
I play it in my sleep,
I race and run
As in my childhood days.
Yet now,
Hidden behind trees
I attempt to cheat time,
The clock is ticking
As my wrinkles are multiplying.
I am not ready
To erase my lifetime fantasies,
My memories cling on to
Girly dreams,
My soul craves for spring
Just when the world is blossoming.

Nobody truly wants to die. It is perfectly natural to worry about it. I like the hidden imagery in your poem. Thanks for sharing.
