Gentle light
Warms me up
That feeling of knowing
I know you feel

Those eyes have pinned me before I've begun my thoughts
Mid-conversation
I must interrupt

Awkward for who
Not for me
I've completed what I've gone for
Glory joy is mine to heed

Turn and walk away
What to make of what has passed
For us to live or judge and accept

Time gone by
Actions undone
People entwined
Separate stories come together, merging into a greater one

Not giving up
Define failure
Define success

Will not give in
The best present for yourself is to love your present moment
All which surrounds, people, sights, and sounds

Bathe in joy
Bathe in the brilliant glory of sun

Reaching
Falling over
Keeping
Safe and sound

Reaching and achieving
Keeping, content and profound

Come
We could go together
