Holidays Alone Poem by Dead Beat Poet

Holidays Alone

Holidays alone are par for the course,
when everyone thinks you are crazy.
It's better if you make them all think,
you're really just stupid and lazy.

They invite you to parties and hope you won't come.
The're really just being polite.
but when you're not looking they whisper and point.
And wish you'd just flee with your plight.

So when you're alone and wishing for others,
never forget the main rules.
Cash is king and so is bling,
and most of them are just fools.

If every body acted the same,
life would be boring without us.
We forge the trails and fill the sails,
and always see dreamland before us.
