Holocaust Poem by Noelle Mott

Holocaust

Falling down the steps to a dark place
Nobody can hear my cry for help
Is anyone out there that can help me?
Through this horrible nightmare
Dreary, a ghost land, shadows forming
Chills form, nobody is here for me
I vision of the past that has happened to me
Down, down, falling to the ground
Pain that lingers everywhere in my body
I can't feel my shoulders or my legs
My enemy has won over me and will hurt me
Until I die, nobody to see my offal face anymore
Locked up in a dungeon with now air to breath
I wait for that day when I will rise up again
And fight for my freedom to live on this Earth
Nobody can control me except the one who hurt me
Tore me apart and through me away in the dark basement
So nobody or no one can see me until a skeleton appears
And no face it shown, a starving human being that tries
To fight and to win the events of the Holocaust
With Hitler ruling over everyone I know, people just stare
At a Jewish girl, I barely breath or eat any more food
I'm dying away every minute and I'm gone...
