Hoorah! Poem by Dean Meredith

Hoorah!

And now I must leave you
With love in my mouth
With places to go
As I travel

Her unique disregard
Greater than any quarrel
I'm heading north
Then south

As Rimbaud did
Hardly a clue
Just unsatisfied desire
A wish and a ticket

Adventure parades
For all her sin
Like a love letter
Post-marked ‘begin again'
