Hope Poem by Dr Shamim Ali

Hope

In times of darkness, don't lose heart,
For hope is never too far apart.
Though shadows may linger and doubt may creep,
We must hold on and bravely keep.

The storm may rage, the winds may howl,
But we must stand tall and not prowl.
For good days will come, of this we're sure,
And with patience and faith, we'll endure.

The world may seem bleak, the future uncertain,
But we must not give up, we must be certain.
For the sun will rise, the birds will sing,
And with renewed vigour, we'll spread our wings.

So let us not lose heart, let us not despair,
For better days are coming, and we must prepare.
With hope in our hearts and strength in our soul,
We'll weather this storm and emerge whole
