How do I love thee?

How do I love thee?
Shall I compare..
There are no words to utter, no soul to bare
No storm can succumb, no knife can pierce
Born a million years before, it can wait no more
It has no competition, it has no fear

Time has no say, my love extends beyond night and day
Who shall compare to a love which is mine,
Unique and meant just for one of mankind
I love thee for all that is and all that can be,
Love thee with all that is felt in this heart
And all that is the essence of my soul...
