We wish, you feel at home, cartoon said,
Not in good spirit still, I'm afraid,
Truth twisted, sacrificed,
At cost and steeply priced,
Humour's fine, but should wit go down-grade?

You're right dear poet. Cartoons' humour sometimes overworks to induce a laugh. To some extent, a little exaggeration is fine as the nature of cartoons is such. Yet, never ever at the cost of truth
