I Am Still Here With You, But Too Sleepy Poem by Don Nguyen

I Am Still Here With You, But Too Sleepy

You have seen more of me, much less of you
Please focus more on your charm and poetic talent
I know you have both for I had seen them before
Before you left all, your daily life full of interests
To be mindlessly caring for this foolish old dreamer
Why, my love, why me? I am not worthy of your love for I can never repay
Your love, your displayed friendship due to my own mission being replayed
Each day in my heart and dream that I have to accomplish
The unfinished tasks that have become unclear and unfocused lately
Selfishly I keep dwelling on my feelings even my weakness
My life has become so messy these days; I feel alarmed, stressed
Feeling like grapes in wine press; and wine is my blood being poured
out of my soul which has been so distressed lately that it turns rancored
To even the slightest fickle motion of hearts
All the charms and affections from this romantic lover are gone, tossed out with the wind
What remains simply a shell of once the driving wind of lovers' domain
I can't figure out myself, unmotivated, uninspired, how can I help anybody?
I went over other places, bouncing around all day to read to entertain myself
Get my mind off my own numerous miseries to get some relief
Now, you can see why I can't compose; for composing needs more than music and Thesaurus
Composing mind needs to be clear, carefree, relaxed, not having time or deadline
Dead-line definitely will lead to dead-end line
Which I am now scribbling for my eyes are narrowing and covered with dream
I need to go to sleep, for this body has now objected, begins to shut down
All poetic beauty are still here
But it needs to be explored
With a sound mind warm heart and most of all
The presence of Spirit of Love
who will come
To take possession of my soul

Too sleepy, can't think anymore!
Is my poem any good?
Will find out tomorrow
Nite!
