I Can Hear The Wolf Poem by Bobby Mitchum

I Can Hear The Wolf

The Wolf speaks to Me
for I am Natures Child,
the Wolf calls to Me
to be free and wild,
I can hear the Wolf
howling in the night,
It fills Me with desire
My Soul trembles to take flight
I can hear the Wolf
and the Wolf knows my name,
and the Wolf calls to Me
for our Spirits are the same,
the Wolf comes to me
at night in My dreams
calling to Me from wild Canyons
It waits beside Mountain Streams,
My Soul trembles
when I hear the Wold sing
for the Wolf's song speaks to me
of wild and mystical things,
The Wolf speaks to me
for I am Natures Child,
The Spirit of the Wolf calls me
to come, be free and wild.
