Yesterday when you left me
I went home withot
Realising that I've allowed
My love to go without saying
A proper goodbye to me.

Yesterday when I went home
I sat down thinking of you.
The love you give me
Made me cry overnight
Saying that if I lost you

I won't find another one to
Replace you with.
You are unique with no one to be compared to,
In terms of the love you're giving me.
I've never cried for a woman

In my life but last night
I cried for you my love.
I don't know if the tears
I cried were of happiness or sadness
But i'm certain that I cried

Because of you and the love
You are giving me.
I wasn't crying for anything
But for you my true valentine
