I Do Not Hate Him Poem by Francis Duggan

Though financially worse off and that due to he
I do not hate him though he did wrong to me
He left us the poorer with big bills to pay
But there's a lesson in life to be learnt every day.

I do not hate him for hatred eats one away
And I'll leave him to karma despite what some think or say
For karma exists it is there for us all
And karma doesn't see any sin as too small.

He's just a toxic person just that and little more
But I won't be out for to even the score
And though he has left us in financial strife
I'll pick up the pieces and get on with life.

I'm not his first victim and I won't be his last
For he is one who has not learnt from his past
But what you do unto others unto your own self you do
Those words meant for his type and those words ring so true.

I do not hate him it's his behaviour I hate
And people like him they realize all too late
That karma is real and is there for us all
And karma doesn't see any sin as too small.
