I don’t know what I want
It’s a fact that really haunts

I don’t know whether the past was right
I don’t know whether the future is wrong
I don’t know where it all went astray
I don’t know why I m writing this song

I don’t know if you will reply
I don’t know if I want you to
It’s even okay if you never complete it at all
I don’t know if you even think its true

I don’t know how I could stay away so long
And I don’t know why I want to reach out now
I don’t know if its already too late
Was it because I didn’t know how?

I don’t know why I wrote those messages
Those that I never sent to you
I don’t know why I kept my thoughts
Waiting forever in the queue

I don’t know why I was so angry
I don’t know why I am so sad
I don’t know why my feelings
Didn’t go away like a passing fad

I don’t know why you didn’t trust me
What was it that my eyes didn’t show?
Was it just me or was it you?
Somehow now I don’t even care to know

I don’t know what I expect from you
I don’t know whether I expect anything at all
Maybe I just wanted you to know
Because none knows their mighty fall

I don’t know if we can be together
I don’t know if you still want to
I don’t know if I care
If your feelings have vanished like dew

All I know is I still think of you
And smile with a tear in my eye
If this is it then let it be
My very last Good Bye.
