I'll Survive

In the shade of the morning sun,
In the hue of the darkest blue,
I emerge.
From dark shadows, of yesterday
And from the warmth of the womb
I awoke with a new meaning in my life
Tomorrow has arrived and
There is no time to waste.
My life has begun…
I enter this new world
Kicking and screaming
With one thought and
One thought only…
I will Survive
