I Lost Her Poem by DANIEL ESSIEN

I Lost Her

Rating: 5.0

I met her little
In intelligence
But lost in pains of agonies
So saddened and
though breathing but dead.
The agonies in her I saw
I came and haste them off
Cleaned her up
Now show her off

Became arrow in her quiver
That sht her to joy
The bridge that linked her
from sadness to happiness.
Connect her from epileptic past
to a glorious present.

I loved her with all my being
Beyond the words of any being
Gave her all my substance
When she is closed
Or even in distance

Now she says it over
We should cease to be together
I believe and accept
I let go in tears,
In fears even after many years
Whatever be her reason
I hope it worth this steps.
