I love You like those brilliant stars
that surround the glowing moon
I love You like a minstrel his harp
with strings plucked light and delicate
I love You like a tender hearted child
her mother who birthed her from the womb
I love You like a faithful servant
loyal unto death since rescued from a deadly pit
I love You like a talented weaver
sitting soft eyed at her spinning loom
I love You like a bright burning flame
clinging whilst dancing to the candle to which it's lit
I love You like a beloved pet
to and for the owner who cuddles the pet in arms warm like a cocoon
I love You like a sheep
her shepherd with whom she feels protected like she can't be hit
I love You like the man
whom You he's come close for he shall join Ye soon
I love You like an ill
his yearned for medicine, a bride her ring, a author her pen to writ
I love You more than my full heart can say
for in it there shall for You always be room
