I'm Living
It seems that as the years roll by
I still give life a try
Though sometimes I wonder why
I know that life goes on
How quickly time is gone
Life is not a sprint, it's a marathon
Sometimes I'm running on empty
Just when I thought I had plenty
I see I'm down to my last penny
I don't know if I'll ever get ahead
But I cannot dread
That fact I may soon be dead
