It seems I'm pre diabetic
I'm fat and out of shape
Maybe all those pies and cakes
Were such a big mistake
Maybe all that sitting down
And watching the T.V.
Has led to this unhealthy state
And my obesity
Perhaps my bad intentions
Were the cause of my distress
I didn't change my lifestyle
As I'm not out to impress
But now my doctor tells me
If I don't lower my weight
I might end up exploding
From the food that's on my plate
I must try to eat healthier
And walk instead of drive
I eat more fruit and vegetables
To keep myself alive
So from today, My life should change
As I'm on a slippery path
Excuse me while I start this change
By relaxing in a bath
